BREADA’s annual Farm Fete brought local farmers, chefs and food lovers together Thursday night for an evening celebrating Baton Rouge’s local food scene.
Held at Main Street Market in downtown Baton Rouge, the eighth annual event featured locally inspired dishes from 14 restaurants, along with cocktails, wine, beer and other beverages. The event highlighted ingredients and producers connected to the Red Stick Farmers Market.
Live music was part of the evening, with the John Gray Quartet performing on the outdoor stage and Ashley Orlando entertaining guests inside Main Street Market. Attendees could also participate in a silent auction, raffles and other activities throughout the night.
Farm Fete serves as BREADA’s signature annual fundraiser. Proceeds support the organization’s outreach programs and the Red Stick Farmers Market, helping strengthen the local food system and expand access to fresh food throughout the Baton Rouge community.
