Bill Kirchen Trio is set for Thursday, November 12, at Mid City Ballroom, with the all-seated show starting at 8 PM at the Mid City venue on South Acadian Thruway. Ralph & Erika open the night, giving Baton Rouge concertgoers an early start before Kirchen takes the stage.
Kirchen is widely known for his time with Commander Cody and His Lost Planet Airmen, including the band’s signature hit “Hot Rod Lincoln,” and he has continued performing and recording through a long solo career.
This show offers a chance to catch a veteran guitarist in an intimate room built for live music, with seated listening and an opener already on the bill. Fans of Americana, roots rock and classic guitar work should find plenty to like in this Thursday night stop.
