Manship Theatre will pair cult favorite The Room with the Baton Rouge premiere of Big Shark on Saturday, October 17. The double feature begins at 6:30 p.m. and brings two films from Tommy Wiseau to the downtown Baton Rouge screen.
The program includes The Room, the famously unconventional drama that became a midnight-movie phenomenon, followed by Big Shark, an action comedy about three New Orleans firefighters confronting a colossal shark.
Greg Sestero will join the event for a question-and-answer session after the films. Manship Theatre lists the three-hour, R-rated double feature at $25, including fees, and advises patrons to purchase tickets through its official website rather than unauthorized third-party sellers.
