Maddie’s Footprints Greater Baton Rouge will host the Footprints Forever 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run on Saturday, October 24, at Pointe-Marie, 14200 River Road. The event listing confirms a 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. morning schedule for the community fundraiser in Baton Rouge.
The RunSignup event page identifies this as the fifth annual Footprints Forever race and notes that proceeds support Maddie’s Footprints, which serves families affected by pregnancy and infant loss. The official listing also outlines race options including a 1-mile fun run, 5K and virtual participation.
For local runners, walkers and supporters, this one blends fitness with a meaningful cause and a strong community atmosphere. Pointe-Marie’s riverfront setting adds to the appeal, while team participation, awards and post-race activities help make the morning feel welcoming whether you are chasing a time or simply showing up in support.
