Baton Rouge rap fans have a midweek headliner on the calendar when Dax brings The Anger Management Tour to The Texas Club on Wednesday, October 21. The show is scheduled for 9 p.m., with doors opening at 7:30 p.m., at the longtime live-music venue on North Donmoor Avenue.
Dax is a Canadian rapper and singer billed by The Texas Club for this date. His official website says he has accumulated billions of streams across his catalog and built a large following through independently released music and viral performances.
For local concertgoers, this one stands out as a chance to catch a nationally known independent artist in a club setting instead of an arena. The later start makes it an easy after-dinner plan, and The Texas Club’s intimate room should put fans close to the stage for a high-energy night in Baton Rouge.
