Located between Elsie’s and Radio Bar, the Mid City business specializes in air-roasted coffee. According to its website, the process keeps beans moving through hot air for an even roast intended to produce a sweet, aromatic cup.
The name comes from a farm where four generations of the Villa family lived, with coffee bushes growing beneath trees along its pastures.
Customers can also browse groceries including pastured eggs, St. Bruno Bakery sourdough, dairy products from Bayou Sarah and Southern Maid Dairy, and mushrooms from Mushroom Maggie.
