An Evening with Veterans is set for Thursday, November 19, from 4–6 PM at Louisiana’s Old State Capitol in downtown Baton Rouge. The free all-ages program pairs an educational panel with a community reception inside one of the city’s most distinctive historic venues.
The schedule includes the panel at 4 PM and a reception at 5 PM. The program is presented with the Baton Rouge Bar Association and focuses on honoring Louisiana veterans through shared stories and public reflection.
For anyone looking for a meaningful community event rather than a typical night out, this gathering offers a chance to listen, learn and spend time in a historic setting downtown. The free admission and early-evening timing also make it an accessible stop for families, students, professionals and residents interested in local civic life.
